President Zuma's lawyer pleads with the nation not to force Mr Zuma to step down for he is a victim of diabetes.

It is a known fact that Diabetic people shouldn't get too upset because their sugar will go up and when it does they get unconscious and they can even die.

As much as South Africa doesn't like Zuma let's try to spare his life for his children's sake. Not liking him shouldn't lead to the nation being responsible for his death.

Lately his Sugar has been going up and down due to the stress and that's caused him to going in and out of hospital added the Doctor.
